Discrimination

The sign said "FAT CATS ONLY"... so he sat outside and wondered if he had seen any fat strays in the past week... or the past month for that matter.

The event was clearly a 'house cats' event.

Jack and Jill

Jack and Jill went up the hill,

to fetch a pail of water.

Jack realized they were actually on a volcano,

and Jill forgot the bucket anyway.

Wet Hair

There are some people that walk around all day... with what looks like WET HAIR!?

I know it can't possibly be wet all day long... unless of course they walk into the restroom every hour or so and wet it... I guess it's the IN thing.

Praise God

I know I should have been paying more attention to the sermon on Sunday... but

this guy just 'appeared' on my church bulletin.

He looks like I felt right after a great worship time.

Cashews

Cashews are the absolute best snack you can get on an airplane.

Typically they bring you some 'low-salt' pretzels [5 or so in a pack] and a drink... the drink being the smallest plastic cup you an manufacture and not call a thimble... they fill it with ice and drip some soda into it.

When I got cashews the other day - my attitude quickly changed and I smiled when I got the drink.

Feral Animals

The feral animal population is growing rapidly around the world.

This is largely due to pet owners tossing out their 'precious' kitties and puppies once they lose their charm.

It's also caused by a lack of predators in an area.

It's especially bad in countries like Australia!

Another fine specimen

Some dog's just look they have nothing on their mind... and others actually dont.

Kenny and the Squid

Kenny spotted a squid on his window sill.

Besides the fact that it was totally out of context... it looked strangely familiar so he didn't swat it down.

Dogs with Secrets

Skipper secretly knew where a bone was hidden in the back yard...

and he wasn't going to tell anyone!

And because no one ever asked was probably because they knew he wouldn't tell.

Yeah... that's it. That's the ticket.

Peep on Weddings

Peep knew he had overdone it when the rice began to swell.

He should have listened to his Father who always said, "Never go to more than one wedding a day!"

Walruses

You know... walruses got the short end of the stick for an exciting life in nature.

Have you ever seen a nature show where the walrus did anything but sit around.

The elephant seals at least flap their noses and make some gawd-awful noise in the icy north...

not walruses.

Well, If you haven't lately... I suggest you go find one and take a good look.

They're pretty cool critters!

Despite hundreds of thousands of years... toads have not learned NOT to look up when it rains.

[I know it's a double negative - but I've not learned not to do that either.]

Here's a lion that could be in a 'retold' story with a mouse.

As I recall, the mouse helped pull a thorn from the lions paw...

but what did the lion ever do for the mouse?

I'm working on some new characters and was trying to figure out what this guy was!

I realized that mice and kangaroos are very similar... with a slight nose and ear switch you've got either one!
